Fanatics: A Brooklyn Crimes Novel - Richard Hilary Weber

Fanatics: A Brooklyn Crimes Novel by Richard Hilary Weber My rating: 5 of 5 stars I really enjoy Mr. Weber\’s Brooklyn Crime Novels, I\’ve read them both and they just keep getting better. Lt. Flo Ott who is in charge of the elite Brooklyn Homicide unit is being briefed by the Mayor that she\’s personally in charge of keeping U.S. Senator-elect Cecil King safe until he is sworn into office at the beginning of the new year. Senator King has been receiving some pretty serious death threats by a group that has proven to be very deadly, they have taken down everyone they have gone after before. While she is in the briefing at the Mayor\’s office regarding the much-dreaded security detail. A body has just been discovered in a very exclusive neighborhood that just happens to be that of an infamous rap star. She\’s got her hands full trying to handle both cases that could really turn ugly for the city if not handled with kid gloves. Mr. Weber does a great job by having two different plot lines running parallel of each other. These are very fast paced novels and that\’s what makes a good police procedural in my opinion. I can\’t wait to see what he has for us next.I would like to thank Alibi and NetGalley for providing me a copy of this novel for my honest Review. View all my reviews
